Ryo Yamaguchi is a member of the competition practice group at Baker & McKenzie (Gaikokuho Joint Enterprise). Her practice mainly focuses on competition law, and she advises on all aspects of competition law, including merger control (domestic and multijurisdictional), cartel, compliance and distribution issues arising from business operations.
She was educated at Hitotsubashi University Law School (JD), the University of Essex (MA in International Relations) and Kyoto University (LLB).
