Ruth Allen is a professional support lawyer in the Herbert Smith Freehills competition, regulation and trade practice, based in London. She provides technical advice to clients and colleagues on issues of both substantive competition law and procedure, and is also responsible for know-how resources and training programmes. Ruth previously worked as an associate in the team, and has a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious experience across all aspects of EU and UK competition law. She has a particular interest in competition litigation and foreign direct investment regulation.
