Rozemarijn Hagendoorn

Rozemarijn Hagendoorn is an attorney at law within the corporate law section in the Eversheds Faasen Amsterdam office. Rozemarijn graduated from the faculty of law at the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands. Rozemarijn has wide experience in advising both national and international clients on all aspects of competition law. She advises Dutch and foreign clients on corporate and commercial law. The focus in her practice is on commercial contracts, acquisitions and joint ventures. Rozemarijn is also member of the privacy law department. She advises governments as well as (large) foundations and associations. Rozemarijn is specialised in corporate and competition law, but also in public procurement law and privacy. She also advises clients operating in the semi-public sector such as private and health care.
