Roxann Henry

Roxann Henry is a partner in the global antitrust law practice group of Morrison and Foerster LLP. With over 30 years of antitrust practice, she has extensive experience in all aspects of antitrust, including criminal defence, treble damage litigation and merger and non-merger investigations.Ms Henry routinely represents clients in antitrust grand jury investigations, including international cartel matters, coordinating worldwide defences of multiple criminal, civil and administrative actions. She has represented individuals, closely held companies and large corporate industry leaders in the US and abroad and, when necessary, has vindicated clients as lead counsel at trial.Ms Henry won a rare corporate not-guilty jury verdict in a criminal antitrust trial and won the first court victory in over a decade against an FTC non-health-care merger challenge. She has served as lead counsel in various complex civil commercial disputes, including antitrust, RICO, contract and tort claims, and provides antitrust and trade practices counselling and merger antitrust clearances. Ms Henry has appeared before federal and state courts, the Federal Trade Commission, the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice, state attorneys general and a variety of overseas authorities.Ms Henry currently serves as chair of the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association and has previously served as chair-elect, vice chair, international officer, programme officer, co-chair of the Spring Meeting and council member.
