Robert Moldén has practised competition and public procurement law since he graduated 20 years ago from the University of Stockholm. He holds LLM degrees in German law from the University of Kiel and in European competition law from the College of Europe in Bruges. He also holds master’s degrees in economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and the University of Paris. He is a doctoral candidate in competition and public procurement law at the Stockholm School of Economics, where he presented his licentiate dissertation in 2016. He teaches public procurement and competition law at the International Master in Public Procurement Management at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. Robert Moldén has practised competition law at several international law firms, including Baker McKenzie in Stockholm, and Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom and Van Bael & Bellis in Brussels. He has served at the European Commission’s DG Competition and as an associate judge at the Gothenburg Administrative Court of Appeal. He is the president of the Gothenburg Lawyers’ Association, the vice president of the Swedish Public Procurement Law Association and a board member of the Swedish Competition and Market Law Association.Before joining the firm in 2011, Robert Moldén served five years as a senior case officer at the Swedish Competition Authority.
