Richard Stäuber is a partner in Homburger’s competition | regulatory team, focusing on Swiss and European competition and antitrust law. He has broad experience in representing businesses in all areas of competition law before authorities and courts, including cartel and abuse of dominance proceedings, national and international merger control procedures, dawn raids and leniency proceedings. He further regularly advises clients on distribution arrangements, cooperation projects and licence agreements. His areas of expertise also include regulated markets, in particular the healthcare and telecommunications sectors, as well as administrative law. With a background in both law and economics and an active member in Swiss and international professional associations, he publishes and lectures in his areas of specialisation.
