Renato Duarte Franco de Moraes is the partner responsible for Cascione’s litigation and arbitration practice. Renato focuses on judicial and arbitration proceedings, representing clients on a range of matters in both the judiciary and in arbitration panels. Renato has expertise in internet issues, and has represented relevant participants in this sector as well as in matters involving public administration, acting on claims and civil investigations.
Renato graduated in law from the University of São Paulo. He also holds a master’s degree and a PhD in civil law from the University of São Paulo and an LLM degree from Cambridge University.
