Rebecca Scott

Dr Rebecca Scott, manager, specialises in the application of economics and statistics to complex litigation and non-litigation matters in the areas of labour and employment, antitrust and competition, and commercial disputes. Her recent work has involved analysis of class certification, liability and damages issues in cases of alleged no-poach agreements among employers, and alleged anticompetitive conduct in the technology, telecommunications and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Dr Scott was a fellow at the University of Oxford, where she taught econometrics and microeconomics and conducted research in applied microeconomics.
