Raphaël Fleischer is a senior associate with King & Spalding in Brussels and is part of its antitrust and competition practice. He focuses his practice on a wide range of issues in global competition and antitrust law and has a particular focus on merger control, restrictive practices and compliance. He actively represents multinational clients across a wide range of industries, including in life sciences. Companies come to Raphaël for commercial and pragmatic solutions on their most complex antitrust issues. He advises on all aspects of EU competition law and has substantial experience in cross-border mergers and joint ventures, high-stakes cartel investigations and complex vertical distribution structures, including for life sciences companies.
Raphaël graduated magna cum laude from Ghent University in 2011 and from the University of Chicago in 2012. He speaks English, Dutch, French and German.
