Raffaela Corte is a senior associate in FerradaNehme’s competition department. Since joining the firm in 2016, she has been involved in cases involving both regulated and non-regulated markets, including merger control operations, proceedings held before the Chilean Competition Tribunal and the Chilean Competition Authority, and the elaboration and implementation of compliance programmes, as well as providing daily advice for the firm’s clients. Before joining FerradaNehme, Raffaela was part of the corporate and M&A department of Philippi, Prietocarrizosa, Ferrero DU & Uría.
Raffaela graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (BA in law, 2011). She recently studied on the competition law LLM programme at King’s College London (Becas Chile and Yeoh Tiong Lay LLM scholar, 2019) and took part in an internship programme at the division of Information, Communication and Media of the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission.
