Peter Larson is a member of Venable’s antitrust practice group. He defends clients in complex antitrust class actions and also helps them navigate compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act and other antitrust laws. In addition, he directs clients through sensitive internal investigations and government enforcement actions involving the Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Justice, and state attorneys general.
