Paul van den Berg

Paul is an antitrust, competition and trade senior associate in our firm's Amsterdam office. He specialises in competition law (including State aid, merger control, cartels and abuse of dominance), European law and regulated markets (including healthcare and energy) and advises clients across a range of sectors. He has represented clients before the Dutch and European courts and advised on proceedings before a large number of competition authorities globally.Paul has also been seconded to the firm's Brussels and Beijing offices in the course of his career at the firm.
