Paul Seppi is a member of Freshfields' antitrust, competition and trade practice in Hong Kong. He helps global corporate clients and financial investors navigate the antitrust and regulatory aspects of cross-border M&A deals, including merger control and foreign investment filings. He also regularly advises on antitrust and market investigations, compliance programmes and general competition law issues.Paul has experience across a range of industries, with a focus on the financial services, private equity and TMT sectors. He has also spent several months on secondment to the in-house competition law team of a large banking and financial services organisation.
