Pablo Trevisán is a Commissioner at the Comisión Nacional de Defensa de la Competencia, which is the Competition Authority for Argentina, pending recent legislative changes. He was the co-drafter of the Argentine Competition Law 27,442, enacted in May 2018. Between 2001 and 2015, he was a partner at Estudio Trevisán Abogados. He is a visiting research fellow at Fordham School of Law, in the United States. He is an author, speaker and professor at Torcuato Di Tella University and the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, where he is also working towards a PhD, with his thesis being on antitrust damages. He is a member of the international advisory board at the Institute of Comsumer Antitrust Studies, Loyola University, Chicago. He is the US member of the American Bar Association’s antitrust section’s task force on the future of competition law standards. He has an LLM from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
