Pablo Lepere has been a Commissioner of the National Commission for the Defence of Competition since March 2020. He is a lawyer who graduated from the University of Buenos Aires. He has previously worked as a lawyer at the Commission and as a manager of legal affairs and regulatory standards in the Directorate of Anticompetitive Conduct at the Commission. He has also been director of legal affairs and regulatory standards at the Federal Authority of Communications and Information Technologies. He holds postgraduate degrees in law and economy, regulation and defence of competition, and management and public policies, at the University of Buenos Aires, the Torcuato Di Tella University and the University of San Andrés, respectively.
