Oliver Heinisch is a partner in the Sheppard Mullin antitrust and competition group and the London office managing partner.
Oliver advises on all areas of EU, UK and German competition law, with a focus on international cartel and abuse of dominance procedures, including related antitrust litigation matters He also regularly handles global merger control proceedings in front of European and national regulators.
Oliver‘s additional experience includes advising on the interface of IP and competition, including on SEP and FRAND type issues, distribution agreements, parallel imports, IP licensing, R&D and collaboration arrangements. He also assists clients in complying with EU product regulatory and data protection law.
