Partner Olaf Koktvedgaard advises on a wide range of issues under EU and competition law, merger control and state aid, with a main focus on disputes. He has extensive experience in dominance issues, state aid and cartel investigations, including criminal defence. He regularly acts before the Danish competition authorities, Danish courts, the European Commission and the European Courts in Luxembourg. Olaf is admitted to the Danish Supreme Court and holds an LLM degree from Harvard Law School. He worked as a referendary at the Court of Justice from 1996 to 1999 and has particular insight into the media, oil and gas, retail and pharmaceutical sectors.
