Ohad Graber-Soudry

Ohad Graber-Soudry is a senior associate and a member of the firm’s competition, trade and EU regulatory team. He is based in Brussels close to the European institutions and NATO headquarters and spends a significant part of his time in the firm’s UK offices.Ohad has extensive experience advising both private and public sector parties on all aspects of EU public, utilities and defence procurement contracts. He has assisted multinational corporations across a variety of sectors including construction, nuclear, IT, infrastructure, health, housing, energy, transport, water, public-private partnerships (PPP), private finance initiatives (PFI) and defence contracts. Ohad also represents clients in procurement disputes and has acted in numerous procurement cases before the European and national courts.
