Nicollette Moser is an associate in Cooley’s antitrust and competition practice group, resident in the firm’s Washington, DC, office.
Ms Moser advises clients on antitrust issues, including mergers and acquisitions, compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act and antitrust counseling. Nicollette has experience in matters before the US Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission and navigates clients across a broad array of industries, including consumer and food products, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, technology, financial services and telecommunications.
