Moon Seong Lee is an associate of Shin & Kim and a member of the firm’s antitrust practice group. His expertise lies in the matters involving antitrust and competition laws as well as other fair trade related laws, such as the Fair Transactions in Franchise Business Act, the Fair Transactions in Subcontract Act, the Fair Labelling and Advertising Act, and the Regulation of Terms and Conditions Act. He has an extensive experience in assisting both domestic and multinational corporations in various antitrust cases, such as abuse of market dominance, cartel, merger control and unfair trade practice cases in franchise and subcontract laws. He graduated from Seoul National University College of Social Science, Department of Economics (LLB, 2009) and Seoul National University School of Law (JD, 2012). He is a member of Korean Bar Association.
