Michelle Morrison

Michelle Morrison was born in 1978 in Johannesburg, South Africa and moved to Israel in July 2007. Michelle is an associate in the firm and practices competition law and trade regulation, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. Michelle received her degrees in Arts (BA, cum laude, 2001) and Law (LLB, cum laude, 2003) from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa and in 2005 completed an LLM degree at Columbia University, New York. She is currently reading for a doctoral degree at the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.Michelle was admitted to the South African Bar in 2006 and to the Israeli bar in 2009. In 2004 to 2005, while reading for her LLM, Michelle interned at the New York branch of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) where she worked on various ongoing antitrust investigations and conducted legal research alongside the FTC attorneys. Prior to moving to Israel, Michelle was an associate in the competition and international trade department of one of the largest and leading commercial law firms in South Africa. There Michelle was a founding team member of the consumer protection team and was instrumental in setting up the international trade department.
