Michael Yan is an associate in Clifford Chance’s antitrust practice. He has advised multinational and Chinese domestic firms across a range of industries on multijurisdictional merger control, antitrust investigations and antitrust compliance, and the application of foreign investment regimes. Before joining the firm, Michael worked with a top Chinese law firm in its Beijing office.
