Mauricio Velandia
Mauricio Velandia is a professor of the law department of the Externado de Colombia University and of the MBA in the ICESI-CESA University. He is the founding partner of the specialised law firm Mauricio Velandia Attorneys at law. His education includes postgraduate degrees in commercial and competition law.Mauricio’s accomplishments include: legal representation for the negotiation for the termination of the exclusive distribution agreement for Colombia of the Red Bull trademark; adviser to America Movil; arbitrator for the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota and Medellin; and author of the publication Law of Damage to Competition and Consumption.
