Mary Gilbert

Mary Gilbert is an associate in the litigation department of Morrison & Foerster LLP’s Washington, DC office. Ms Gilbert represents domestic and multi-national companies in complex litigation in state and federal courts, and advises clients on internal and govern­ment investigations, with an emphasis on antitrust matters. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster LLP, Ms Gilbert clerked for the Honorable Marian Blank Horn of the US Court of Federal Claims.
