Mark Weiss

Mark Weiss is an associate in the Antitrust practice of Shearman & Sterling’s Washington, DC office.Mark’s practice focuses on a range of competition and antitrust matters including complex civil litigation, criminal antitrust defense, and antitrust merger review. He represents domestic and international clients in several industries, including energy, aerospace, manufacturing, grocery retail, and entertainment.Prior to joining our firm, Mark worked in the litigation consulting and expert testimony field on matters related to antitrust, labor, environmental, and complex damage calculations. Mark also worked on issues related to global antitrust economics as a Research Fellow at the George Mason University Law & Economics Center.
