In antitrust, Mark has handled antitrust aspects of dozens of mergers and acquisitions in a host of industries, including wireless and wireline telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, oil and gas, oil exploration services, consumer products, mining and minerals, insurance brokerages and business services.Mark’s recent merger experience has included Thermo Fisher Scientific’s US$4.2 billion acquisition of FEI and McKesson’s US$1.1 billion acquisition of CoverMyMeds.
