Mark Berberian

Mark Berberian, associate, specialises in economic and quantitative analysis in complex litigation matters, including antitrust, breach of contract and securities litigation. Recently, on behalf of the Uruguayan government, Mr Berberian supported an expert on economic damages related to the impact of Uruguayan tobacco regulations for an international arbitration matter. He has also supported an industry expert on a variety of mortgage-backed securities litigations. Mr Berberian has assisted in all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, expert reports, deposition and trial.
