María Pérez Carrillo is a litigation lawyer specialising in dispute resolution arising from distribution and agency contracts, unfair competition, business cooperation agreements, company sales, and damages claims for breaches of competition law.
She has wide experience in litigation and arbitration representing leading clients in the audiovisual, distribution, energy, infrastructure and telecommunications sectors.
Her long-standing expertise covers providing pre-litigation advice in complex cases, as well as negotiating transaction agreements.
María Pérez has developed her career in the Cuatrecasas Litigation and Arbitration Practices, having completed a secondment at Hausfeld LLP. She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and lectures at the Master for Admission to the Practice of Law at the Universidad de Navarra and gives courses at other institutions.
