María Martínez Fuentes is an associate lawyer specialised in EU and national competition law and private enforcement. She has participated in numerous proceedings before the CNMC and the EC representing clients from different sectors (transport, clothing and footwear, cosmetics, consulting services, etc.), and in proceedings relating to antitrust damages claims before Spanish courts, both on the side of claimants and defendants.
She holds a PhD in EU law and is a lecturer in European and competition law at the Universidad San Pablo CEU. She speaks Spanish and English.
