Marcos Araujo is a partner at the Madrid office of Garrigues and heads the EU and competition law practice group.He has represented clients both before the European Commission and the European Courts in Luxembourg in numerous cartel investigations and has advised clients on EC and national merger control rules. He also has extensive experience representing private clients before the Spanish competition authorities. Mr Araujo received his law degree from Alicante University and is a member of the Madrid Bar. He speaks Spanish (native), English and French.
