Marcio Dias Soares

Marcio represents clients from various industries in a wide range of antitrust matters, including merger review cases, conduct investigations, judicial litigation, general antitrust counseling. He is a member of the board of the Brazilian Institute for the Study of Competition, Consumer Affairs, and International Trade (IBRAC) and acts as country representative for International Committee of the Antitrust Law Section of the American Bar Association. Marcio has been recognized by a great number of publications (Chambers Latin America, The Legal 500, Who’s Who Legal and LACCA).
