Makhfou Mahécor Diouf

General secretary of the Commission and government commissionerMakhfou Mahécor Diouf is a specialist in issues of competition law and intellectual property law. He holds a master’s degree in business law from the Gaston Berger University in Saint-Louis, Senegal, a master’s degree in law integration and the World Trade Organization, obtained in Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar, and a master’s in intellectual property law, awarded by the University of Yaounde II, Soa, in Cameroon.He also graduated from the Senegalese National School of Administration in Dakar. Moreover, he is the inspector of administrative and financial affairs at the Senegalese Ministry of Commerce, the Informal Sector, Consumption and Promotion of Local Products, and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.
