Lisa Parliament

Lisa Parliament is a partner in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Competition Groups. Her practice focuses on complex corporate and commercial litigation, including class-action defence, competition litigation and product liability litigation. Ms Parliament has been counsel in numerous international and cross-border cartel and conspiracy investigations and litigation. She has been involved in defending many of the recent major Canadian civil class action cases involving allegations of anti-competitive activities, including the hydrogen peroxide, air cargo, air passenger and chocolate matters. Lisa speaks and writes on issues of private antitrust litigation, consumer protection and products legislation and class actions. She has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto.
