Lisa Kaltenbrunner is counsel in Ropes & Gray’s antitrust department, based in London. Lisa advises on all aspect of EU and UK competition law, with particular focus advising clients on abuse of dominance investigations, anticompetitive agreements and information exchange, as well as on EU and UK merger control and foreign direct investment strategy and filings. She also advises on the EU foreign subsidies regulation.
Lisa advises global healthcare and life sciences companies, tech clients and private equity funds. She represent clients in various high-profile antitrust investigations and merger inquiries carried out by the European Commission, the UK Competition and Markets Authority and global antitrust agencies.
During her time in private practice, Lisa was seconded to two FTSE 100 companies and to the CMA’s merger’s unit, working on both Phase I and II cases.
