Lisa Huett

Lisa Huett is a partner in the competition law and regulatory group specialising in competition and consumer protection law, with a particular focus on the application and enforcement of Australia’s cartel laws.Lisa regularly represents clients who are the subject of ACCC investigations, including responding to mandatory disclosure notices, advising on immunity and leniency issues and working with overseas counsel in relation to global cartel investigations.Lisa also advises extensively in relation to competition law matters, including preparing responses to ACCC investigations, advising on the competition implications of clients’ proposals and conduct, and assessing the application of the Australian Consumer Law to advertising, promotions and contract terms.Lisa provides valuable assistance to clients across the food, grocery, telecommunications and pharmaceutical industries, particularly in respect of the competition implications of their distribution and channel agreements and pricing terms.Lisa has been recognised by her peers for inclusion in the Best Lawyers list for competition law in Australia.
