Ms Rachel Lee is from the Singapore Legal Service, and is currently an Assistant Director of the Enforcement Division at the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (“CCCS”). Rachel provides legal advice to CCCS on a wide range of legal issues spanning competition law, consumer protection law, administrative law, contract law, criminal law, public procurement and statutory interpretation. She also performs case work and investigations, appeal work, legal and outreach activities, legal research, and policy related work. Prior to her current appointment at CCCS, Rachel served as a Deputy Public Prosecutor/State Counsel at the Attorney-General’s Chambers, Criminal Justice Division. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the National University of Singapore and a Postgraduate Diploma in EU Competition Law from King’s College London.
