Lauren Sun is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the litigation and associate department. Ms Sun represents public and private companies in complex commercial litigation matters, as well as inquiries and investigations by the Federal Trade Commission, US Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and Federal Bureau of Investigation. Ms Sun received her degree from Columbia Law School, where she was a James Kent Scholar and Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Ms Sun was also an editor of the Journal of Transnational Law and served as academic chair of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
