Kyu Hyoung Jeon

Kyu Hyoung Jeon is a senior attorney at Kim & Chang. He practises primarily in antitrust law and general corporate matter. He advises corporate clients on various antitrust law matters, with an emphasis on abuse of market dominance, cartels, unfair business practices and merger controls. In addition to his experience in Korea, Mr Jeon worked as an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP ‘s Brussels office in 2014 and 2015.Mr Jeon received his LLB and LLM from Seoul National University College of Law in 2002 and 2008, and graduated from the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea in 2005. Prior to joining Kim & Chang in 2008, he served as a judge advocate officer for the Korean army. He is a member of the Bar of the Republic of Korea.
