Ksenia has been a specialist in antitrust regulation and competition law for over 10 years. While working with the FAS, she was actively involved in supporting and drafting laws and regulations (including the fourth antitrust package, acts of the Eurasian Economic Commission and the FAS’s key administrative regulations). Ksenia’s responsibilities included preparing explanations on matters of application of the laws on foreign investments, supporting cases on antitrust violations and administrative offences.
At present, Ksenia defends clients in cases on the violation of anti-monopoly laws before antitrust authorities, drafts guidelines and recommendations for clients on liaising with counterparties and assists in comprehensive antitrust audits (due diligence) of companies, identifying potential areas of risk for building and introducing efficient antitrust compliance systems, taking into account the special control zones found.
