Knut Fournier is a legal assistant in the Linklaters Asia competition team, based in the Hong Kong office.Prior to moving to Hong Kong, Knut worked as a monitoring trustee for competition authorities in Europe, the United States, Brazil and China. Knut has significant experience in the retail, manufacturing, transportation, banking and food sectors.He published extensively on competition law, including recently on pay-for-delay litigation, and on exclusions and exemptions under the Hong Kong Competition Ordinance. He holds law degrees from the University of Paris and King’s College London, and he is finishing a PhD on competition law at the University of Leiden.
