Kim is a partner at Herbert Smith Freehills LLP advising on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, with a particular focus on litigation and cartel cases, including strategic considerations across jurisdictions. She advises clients across a wide range of industries, such as aviation, transport, financial services, consumer goods and industrial sectors. Kim has particular expertise in competition litigation before the English High Court and the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal, and has also represented clients in front of the EU courts in Luxembourg. Kim is a qualified solicitor-advocate and appears as an advocate in the Competition Appeal Tribunal. Kim regularly speaks at international conferences and has published extensively on competition issues, with a focus on follow-on litigation and on leniency. She is co-author of Class Actions in England and Wales (Sweet & Maxwell 2018) and a committee member of the UK Competition Law Association.
