Kevin J Arquit

Kevin Arquit, co-head of  Weil’s antitrust group, has secured approvals for some of the largest and most complex mergers over the past 25 years. He also represents clients in high-profile antitrust litigation before the Federal Trade Commission, the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice, as well as numerous state and international competition authorities. Prior to private practice, Mr Arquit was general counsel of the Federal Trade Commission and then director of its Bureau of Competition.
