Kelton E Anderson is a litigation associate, maintaining a global practice out of the firm’s Washington, DC office. His work focuses on matters relating to antitrust, regulatory, maritime, and labor and employment.

Kelton works closely with the firm’s antitrust, regulatory, maritime, and labor and employment practice groups. His antitrust practice involves representing clients in all aspects of antitrust matters, including premerger clearance and antitrust investigations by the US Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and state antitrust authorities. His experience in merger review includes preparing Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filings, analyzing the reportability of transactions under the HSR Act, and responding to government inquiries and second requests to obtain premerger approval.
