Kei Sukada is an associate at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. She has been involved in a wide range of corporate legal matters in domestic and international, focusing on capital market transaction (including equity and bond primary/secondary follow-on offerings, IPOs and third-party allotments), J-REITs, takeover bids, M&A transactions and general corporate matters. She is a graduate of Keio University (LLB, 2014 and JD, 2016) and was admitted to the Japan Bar in 2017.
