Kee Won Shim is a foreign attorney at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC who has been focusing on corporate legal affairs, capital markets and fair trade for the past 20 years. Mr Shin graduated from Yale University and earned his JD from Columbia Law School. Since he passed the New York bar exam in 2002, he has worked in New York and Hong Kong offices of Davis, Polk & Wardwell and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, as well as Lee & Ko LLC in Seoul.
