An antitrust and competition specialist, Kee Hong Chun has represented clients in a number of international and domestic cartel cases, including the Japanese TFT-LCD case, Air-cargo case, Libor case and in deals such as eBay’s acquisition of Gmarket and Western Digital’s acquisition of Sandisk. On behalf of Korea’s largest internet search engine, Mr Chun successfully persuaded the KFTC to adopt the first consent decree he proposed.
