Karin Köller is a legal director in Eversheds Sutherland’s Vienna office.
She regularly advises national and international clients on a wide variety of employment matters, including day-to-day employment advice on Austrian employment law matters, individual terminations both inside and outside courts and large reorganisations including complex consultation processes with works councils. Her clients are mainly from the life sciences, chemical, energy, retail and consumer goods sectors.
Karin’s practice in the pharmaceutical and medical sector includes regular advice on employment law issues and complex employment litigation matters. She also represents one of the largest food supplements organisations in Austria.
Karin has been working at Eversheds Sutherland (Austria) since September 2018 and was admitted to the Austrian Bar in April 2021.
