Karam Hiroo Advani

Karam was educated at Rugby, then studied anthropology and law at LSE before converting to law at BPP Law School in the UK. Karam was admitted to the Bar and worked in India as counsel and has practised in the Supreme Court, various High Courts, City Civil Courts, Small Causes Court, DRT and the Metropolitan Magistrate Court. His primary focus is litigation but he has also handled substantial corporate, IP, tax and real estate work, In particular, he has built up experience in making challenges to public tenders. Karam has worked on various international and domestic arbitrations under the LCIA Rules, IAMA, ICC, SIAC. Karam is currently part of the international arbitration and construction practice team at Rajah & Tann with a focus on India.
