Jung-Soo Shin is a senior associate at Kim & Chang. He practises primarily in antitrust law and mergers and acquisitions. He advises corporate clients on various antitrust law matters, with an emphasis on cartels, unfair business practices and merger controls.Mr Shin received his LLB from Seoul National University College of Law in 2006 and graduated from the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea in 2009. Prior to joining Kim & Chang in 2012, he served as a judge advocate officer for the Korean army. He is a member of the Bar of the Republic of Korea.
