Julia Renehan

Julia Renehan is an associate in Cooley's antitrust and competition practice and advises clients on antitrust issues, including mergers and acquisitions, compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, and antitrust counseling. She has experience in matters before the US Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission.
